Yes, it is possible to pursue law after BCA.
If you wish to become a lawyer and be able to practice in the court of Law, you will have to complete the 3 year LLB program for which the eligibility is a graduation in any stream.
Different law Universities and colleges conduct different law entrance exams, to admit students to their courses, like NET (National Entrance Test), CLAT (Common Law Admission Test), Department of Law University of Delhi take admission through a common Entrance Test for all the three Law Centres (Campus Law Centre, Law Centre-I and Law Centre-II).

Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

The options are unlimited, as you have done your class 12 with science. With the combination of biology, physics and chemistry you can take up medicine, dentistry, Pharmacy, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology, Microbiology). That will not be beneficial most probably. You shouldn't be demoralized at this stage only, you have a long way to go. You can apply to some best private universities and get the same knowledge and pay packages. Private universities are also having best infrastructure now. Some suggestions -
