This is a versatile two year (four semesters) programme that provides an optimal balance between a defined sequence of study and flexible course options which covers all the needs of two basic domains of mathematics I. e. applied and pure mathematics. Mathematics is one of the most enduring fields of study and is essential in expanding number of disciplines and professions. This unique programme will help students to use their mathematical knowledge for solving problems in various fields like physical and biological sciences, engineering, information technology, economics, and business etc. Students will learn various topics in analysis, linear algebra and differential equations etc. That can be applied directly to build applications in coding and cryptology, mathematical physics, mathematical biology, bioinformatics and finance etc. Project/dissertation is also offered in this programme to inculcate the research aptitude in the students. This programme prepares a student to become an effective teacher and an excellent researcher.
