Every college has its own admission requirements. And, you have not mentioned your education details, only IELTS score is not enough for advice and neither admissions. You should check individual college websites for specific information.

I would say to explore more and look for other options as well. Being an Alumni of LPU, I would say LPU is one of the best option for B.Tech CSE. The definition of better varies from person to person and is influenced by personal inclinations and one's strength.
It totally depends on you. From my point of view, I'll prefer B.Tech in civil engineering due to more job prospects in government sector. After doing your B.Tech from civil engineering, you will have more options than B.arch. You can give GATE, IES or if you want to go in management field then you can give GRE, CAT and XAT. So, all over, I'll prefer B.Tech in civil engineering over B.Arch.

You have not mentioned from which state you are. However these days seats in many engineering colleges across India are remaining vacant. State govt's are relaxing different conditions to enable students get admission.
Hence I feel that you will definitely get admission in one of the colleges.

Which course do you want to pursue from ICFAI University? Moreover, if you want to study event management in the coming future and want to make your career in it, why don't you go for a graduation degree course in the same field.
To answer your question, yes you can study even management from NAEMD, Ahmedabad after completing your graduation from ICFAI University.

You do not require to be a graduate to obtain CPL to become a Pilot. Eligibility to obtain CPL is 10+2 with Physics and Maths as subjects. If you still want to do Graduation, you may opt for B.Sc with Physics/Maths or BE Aeronautical / Mechanical/ Electronics, etc.
