See anyhow in India, IITs had been witnessing awesome placements since good long years but that doesn't mean anything if you don't work harder in your UG level with multidisciplinary approach. Having good academic records is not enough but internship, other skills & innovativeness is of utmost importance. So are your soft skills. After being sound in all these, I'll suggest you to join in an institution of good industrial exposure & better graduation environment campus. But, why do you want to leave your BE and get into drama? Leaving BE in between and joining a Bachelors in drama will impact your career and you will have to re-start your career again. Think carefully and then take a decision.

Yes, you can get admission in Valliammai Engineering College with the cut off of 191.25 as the previous year’s cut off marks for electronics and communication engineering was just 182.5.
