70 marks are not enough to get you into a college. Don't waste your time in expecting a college with this score. Either take a drop to prepare for IIT-JEE or take admission in private university/college like Amity/Sharda, etc.

You can only get into IITs after clearing JEE Advanced and JEE Advanced is tougher than JEE Mains. You have got 55 marks out of 360. No government college will give you admission at such score. However, you can get into private colleges.

With increased restrictions on work visa for foreigners, your plan may have big challenges. Nowadays, most of the countries have started putting lots of restrictions on work visa for foreigners because of global economic slowdown. Therefore, there is no guarantee that you will get job after MBA from a International B-School and even if you get job will you get work visa. You will face lots of challenges in countries in Europe, UK and USA etc. Therefore, you are advised to collect all information and then only invest on further education abroad.

I would recommend you to start working and gain experience and pursue MCA through correspondence simultaneously as after completing MCA, you will be equivalent to a B.Tech graduate while 3 years of professional experience along with correspondence MCA degree that will pay you more.
