Yes, you may surely take GRE or GMAT test.If you wish to pursue masters degree in science and engineering fields then you need to take GRE test.GRE scores are accepted by universities in US,Canada,Germany and many more countries.
Whereas if you wish to pursue MBA, then you need to take GMAT test.

Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)

There are two cases:
In the first condition you cannot appear unless you've cleared your first year.
In the second condition, if you've failed in one or two exam then your college might promote you, if your college follows such rules.
