Hi,
With 15 years of education UK , would be the best study destination for you, as universities in US and Canada requires 16 years of education for admission in their masters program.
In order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK ,you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
However if you wish to continue with your studies you may consider pursuing Msc in management from universities in UK.
