Hi,
Yes you can pursue your post graduation once done with I.A.S. For the same, you need to sit for All India Dental & Medical Admission Test – MP Pre PG DMAT Exam.
Eligibility 2012 :
The candidate must have passed BDS / MBBS course from any of the recognized Dental / Medical College in India.
Candidate must have completed compulsory rotating internship from an Institution recognized by the Dental Council of India / Medical Council of India on or before 31st March, 2012.
Candidate must be registered with the Dental Council of India / Medical Council of India of any State in India.

Congrats for securing 68% in your Grads. MBA done form top B-School has weighted in the market, but with 68 % its hard to get.
I would Suggest, you start working. below are some of my Job options;
1) Work under a CA
2) Join a Finance Firm
3) Start working as an Marketing Executive
4) Accountant
Work for 3 years, and then you are eligible for EMBA ( Executive MBA ).
Its a 3 years programmer, so when you will take admission in EMBA in Finance or Marketing, that time you will be having 3 years of experience, and the time you complete your EMBA you would be having 6 years of experience.
Now Ganesh, look at your resume.
