An MCA will work under a MBA, thats a know fact of Industry. But yes, after some years of experience an MCA will be Designated as a PM/PL just like an MBA would be in its initial stage of career.
What i would like to add here is, if you dont get admission in top 15 B-school for MBA, you should do MCA.
Because MBA from reputed B-School holds weighted.
I hope this might be helpful,
regards,
Abhishek

Hi,
PGDM is offered by AICTE approved institutes, whereas MBA degree is offered by recognized universities, both are good to pursue and offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities, so you may pursue any of these.
However please remember, while pursuing this course, your emphasis should be more on getting admission in good universities or institutes.

Dear Pratiksha,
have you ever heard about Instructional Designer.
Instructional designer is a role of a writer in E-learning (IT field). For many Science projects Bsc Grads are hired. You can Google for more info on Instructional designer.
I suggest, after completing your Bsc, go for this Job. Work for 3 years, and then go for EMBA, i.e Executive MBA. Its a 3 years course, which you can do along with your Job.
In the end, you can become a ID Manger, ID head, or a Project manager.
I hope this helps,
regards,
Abhishek
