If u r belonging to general category there is no chance of admission but if OBC,SC there are less chances for getting selected in top colleges/institutes. Meanwhile u can get admission in certain Reputed institutes providing placement facilitates in India as well as abroad and having a good infrastructure.

As far now there is nothing like minimum marks in JEE. You have to get minimum of 45% marks in your CBSE board Exam or equivalent to be eligible for admission in B. Tech in any college.
