Your rank will be around 35k in my opinion. At this rank getting MPAE or may be BT is possible. You can try other colleges as well.

Dhanjay, open the websites of some good universities that you are interested in and apply online. Most of the universities offer these options.
Many universities in North India have a good placement record too.
With your 12th marks, you can also get a scholarship at some places.
