Shubham, with this much information I cant tell whether you will be able to get IIIT Allahabad or not as it ultimately depends on your final JEE MAINS rank which takes into account your XII boards percentage as well. So, without knowing your percentage , it's really hard to predict whether this score is sufficient enough or not.
