Canada is the best option as for now. Canadian economy is great. They have huge job opportunities. Getting a PR is also very easy in Canada. same is the case with Australia.

Jayant, some institutions offer admission strictly on JEE scores. In case your JEE score doesn't let you take admission or you din't give JEE, then don't get disheartened.
These days we have so many good private universities also imparting quality education to the students around the world. They offer you admission on JEE scores/ tests conducted by them/ your marks in 12th. Some of these also offer good scholarships based on any one of the above mentioned admission criteria.
CSE being the demand of the day most of the universities these days are offering the specialization and some even boast of good placements in companies like Google

Yes you stand a chance to get an admission. 100% Placement is not the scene but yes it is much better than other colleges.
Marketing branch would give you a chance in top FMCG companies.
The fee here is very less and would lie around Rs.27-30k per semester.
