If you are interested in managerial job go for MBA, if you have technical bent of mind go for MCA. Though as you climb up the career ladder, managerial skills have more demand and managers are paid more.
There are many good universities that are offering you both MBA as well MCA. These days, we have many specializations available for MBA like marketing, finance, HR, operations, IT, international business, hotel management, tourism and hospitality management, hospital management, event management, e-commerce and so on. You choose a specialization as per your interest.

Your IELTS score is good enough to get admissions in Masters course.
There are some universities of Canada which accept 15 years of education.
You can go for pre-Masters in University of Manitoba.
