If you have a reserved category then try for top NITs else go for the bottom check the opening and closing ranks of nits through josaa.nic.in through which you can easily confirm if you r branch oriented then keep all the nits with that branch try for IIITs also with the same branch.

It's really great to know that you still have the urge to study. Good. ok. If you can leave the job for two years while sustaining family then you can opt for IIM but if you want to pursue while working then IGNOU us the best.
