Your all India rank should be below 5000 or 6000 (for general category) to get an IIT. For other categories, your rank should also be in this range but if it is below 4000, then it would be better.

Although, you have not mentioned your educational and professional background but, SAP FICO is mainly for professionals who are working in Finance sector or those fresher who want to make there career as SAP consultants in financial sector.
As far as the scope of SAP is concerned, it is one of the most popular and in demand courses and SAP consultants are highly paid. So, you definitely can go ahead, but I would also like to add here that SAP is quite an expensive course and if you are planning to invest, you should opt for an authorized institute.

Congratulations on finishing your degree.
Since you have mentioned that you would want to continue for postgraduate studies, it is not clear if you want to continue on the same branch or management related branches.
Generally, marks don't matter if you score above sixty five percentage. However, your percentage might create problems.
For entry into IITs through GATE, you need minimum 60 percentage.
So I don't think you could get into IITs even with even good GATE scores.
But you could always get admission in private universities because they are there to make money. So it really doesn't matter to them. Before applying just check eligibility
