Dear,
Through NIOS, if you would get top engineering colleges then your engineering degree will help you to get good opportunities and companies. But if you did it from any average college, then it will be a good fight for job. According to me, you should consider any regular board like CBSE, ICSE or any other state board.

Indian IT industry is in slow decline phase because of outcry against outsourcing in Western countries and increasing restrictions on working visas which has led to decrease in profits. Opportunities for IT professionals is declining rapidly. Unless you do BTech IT or BTech CS from top engineering college with good placement records, you may face challenges in getting good job in IT industry.
