Admission to B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering at Chandigarh University is based on CUCET or JEE Main scores. Students with 60% or more in 10+2 (with Physics and Maths) are eligible. CU doesn’t have a fixed cutoff, but a CUCET score above 30% is required, and for CSE, the expected rank cutoff is around 9,000. Scholarships are based on performance—those scoring 90%+ in CUCET get a 100% tuition fee waiver, and even 40–49.99% scorers receive INR 14,600 off the INR 1,46,000 fee.

CU also offers a JEE Main–based scholarship to the top 5% of applicants. Students with an AIR of up to 25,000 get a 100% semester fee waiver, and ranks up to 1,25,000 still qualify for scholarships ranging from 10–75%.
