Hi Shahid,
It is tough to state which one is better as every institute has it's own plus and minus points. You need to check certain parameters before joining any institute such as :
-recognition,
-success rate,
-how old the institute is,
-course details,
-faculty,
-alumni feedback,
-fee,
-placement, etc.
So, think and decide sensibly.

You've not mentioned which course you're looking for. please don't pick course based on duration, better go for something that you need. Certificates without skills dont count in the creative field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people.
