Hi,
Germany is a country known for its technical advancements specially automobile. So, pursuing a course in automobile will surely be beneficial for you.
Eligibility:
In order to pursue masters from Germany, you need to have 16 years of education as most of the universities ask o for it.
For admission you might have to give GRE, IELTS/TOEFL or any other exam as required by the university.
It will be difficult to give you the exact GRE score required, as requirement of score depends from course to course. Though GRE average 1200-1300 and TOEFL 85-90+ is usually preferred.

There is hardly any difference between the two. Rather they are one & the same. It just depends on the University/College as in what degree do they offer. For example, If you wish to go for masters in managements, colleges like IIM's do give you a Diploma degree i.e. PGDM where many institutes/universities give proper MBA degree. But that hardly matters. So don't go for names rather look for better colleges
