Students capability plays a larger hand here. For Instance, if one studies in a very high profile college, where you say 50 companies visited the campus, but if the student does not have potential, he/she wont make it to any of them. On the other hand, if student have got potential, whether any company visits campus or not, there are pools of jobs available in market through off campuses which they can crack.
So, the only role of college is to make it a bit easier for you i.e. you dont have to search for jobs rather jobs come to you.

Dear Suraj,
Most people think both as related fields but both are totally different
The MBA-IT is the study of Information Technology domain and gives u general view of Information Technology Domain.
It mainly focuses on programming field, Databases, web-technologies, Testing etc.
But
The MBA-Systems is the study of general view of IT
It focuses mainly on the systems like Networks ,Servers,Dtabase management, software & hardware configuarations, trouble shootings etc.
So in my opinion if you are very good in programming go for IT management else go for systems management.
Good Luck!!!!
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more quer
