No, it is a wrong choice. You will be wasting your money and time. No reputed B School will take you, without clearing the entrance exam. You should look at clearing the CAT or MAT test, with a good percentile and look at pursuing your MBA \ PGDM from a reputed B School

Most of the reputed MNCs usually hire candidates keeping in mind their experience and practical knowledge. As you have mentioned that, you already posses 5 years of work experience along with a B.Tech degree. I dont think you would face any problem.
