It seems pretty difficult because the seat allocation is based only on you AIR and not on your state ranking.State ranking is just for informative purpose.So based on your AIR,it is quite difficult.

Last date of admission with scholarship is 25 July 2014 and without scholarship is without scholarship admissions are open till 10 August.
