Hello,
To get into any good and reputed B-school, one has to undergo the following procedure:-
1. Choose a B-school and understand its eligibility criteria & cutoffs through various exam(s).
2. Once known, prepare well for those exam(s). Join a coaching class if needed.
3. On clearing the required cutoffs and criteria, you will be shortlisted for the interview rounds(typically consists of a Written Ability Test and/or GD and a Personal Interview).
4. Finally you will be given admission into that B-school, on successfully clearing those rounds.

Brother, don't go for B.Tech using distance education. Today regular course B.Tech has no value, there is no benefit to do B.Tech, instead, you can take a job oriented programme which costs you 30k to 40k.

Hi Rithika,
121 score is just around the qualifying score in NEET 2017. As per the current situation, it will be difficult for you to get a government seat in India.
You can apply for admission to MCI listed government medical universities in Russia.
The course is offered in English medium at good universities for Indian students. Education is affordable.
Lectures start in the month of September so you need to apply soon.

You can try getting in:
Peoples Union for Civil Liberties (PUCL)
National Human Rights Commission(NHRC)
Indian Center for Human Rights and Law, (ICHRL)
