Hello Khusboo,
Well frankly speaking KN Modi is not a up to the mark college due to poor placements and not up to mark faculties, so it will be better for your future to try for other top colleges, however, if you have no options left then you may consider this.

Hello Rittik,
There are cut-off marks in JEE Mains for each category and if they score equal to or above those cut-off marks then they will be qualified. For admission into NITs, the ranks come into play for each NIT there are specific closing and opening ranks and these ranks differ in each round of counselling. Usually, 7 rounds of counselling are held in which the ranks are declared for other state and home state quota. So based on that, the admissions are determined.
For the official opening and closing ranks refer:

Hello Rittik,
Well, there is not any specific book that can guarantee you 100% success, unless you are not clear over your concepts, however for better preparation refer to NCERT text books and previous years questions bank as most of the questions are from them only.
All the best.

Your aggregate is pretty low, and I'd suggest you change your line of study to commerce, instead. Engineering won't help, because of the low quality of engineering colleges in our country, and B.Sc won't guarantee you good jobs either.
