The minimum qualification required for UPSC Civil Services Examination or a State PSC examination is Graduation in any discipline from some recognised university.
One can apply during the final year of graduation too.
If you are so determined for PSC exams then you should start preparation anytime from now.
You should do the preparation and graduation in parallel.
To begin with the preparation you should first revise the NCERT books of science and arts from 6th to 10th standard.
You should go on General Knowledge stuffs very well.
You should be reading newspapers (Hindu and local newspapers) and magazines on daily basis to stay updated regarding all current happenings.
Once you complete the NCERT books and become very good with reading habits then you should select the optional subject for the PSC exam and refer the syllabus for preparation of the optional subject.
The syllabus for the exam is published in the exams' advertisement.

IIFM is an institute which comes under Ministry of Environment, First and Climate Change. It offers PGDFM which stands for Post Graduation Diploma in Forestry Management. It is a 21 months course offering three specializations: development management, conservation and livelihood and environment management. The job profile varies as IIFM provides varied knowledge. Like job profile in the development sector is program manager; in micro finance, it can be an area manager. In the banking sector, job profiles are of deputy manager, assistant product manager, and sales manager. In environment sector, job profiles are of research associate, program manager and project officer is the profile in the government job.

Bachelor of Pharmacy eligibility:
Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy requires a candidate to have cleared 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Maths (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, Maths & Biology as subjects. One must also pass with at least 50% marks in Pre University Course with biology/mathematics as one of the subjects, or complete a D.Pharma. (Diploma in Pharmacy).
There is an option of pursuing Direct Second Year Bachelor of Pharmacy (Lateral Entry) if one has: Should have aggregate of 50% marks in the First and Second year D. Pharmacy Examination with a pass in HSC or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology) or Mathematics. Or
Minimum qualifying marks in 10+2 examination as per Regulation (1a) above with pass in two year D. Pharmacy course.
The criteria of minimum percentage of marks may differ from institute to institute. In some states it is also mandatory to give an additional pharmacy entrance examination in order to be eligible for the course.
