Abroad is a vast term. Almost, every university in every country has different admission requirements which you must first get acquainted with. Some are more competitive than others. Likewise, the budget required is different. No, there is no such provisions under which a pharmacist can open his own clinic.
The Pharmacy Council of India ( PCI) recently released a circular in which PCI clearly states that pharmacist can't open their own clinic.
