Private flight schools are operated like other businesses, and there are no entrance exams. The only prerequisite is that you have money. There are sponsored flight schools. They are run by governments, military forces or airline companies. The competition is tough, and only the best of the qualified candidates will get through. They will be tested in mathematics, logic thinking, perception, memory, motoric skills and language skills. They may also undergo the medical and psychological test. After 10+2 with at least 55% (general category) or 50% (ST/SC/OBC) aggregate marks in physics and maths, you need admission directly in a flying club. The admission consists of three parts :
1. Written Examination:
One paper of two hours duration of physics, maths, general English and reasoning.
2. Pilot Aptitude Test (PAT):
This is also an exam on subjects like Air Navigation etc. Only successful candidates in PAT will move ahead for the final selection.
3. Interview
If you pass all these three steps successfully, you will be required to pay a fixed amount of money as commitment money along with your 10th and 12th mark sheet with a photograph of yours and birth certificate. After you pay that amount, you successfully secure your seat in the flying club.

*Candidates who have passed (10+3) Diploma in Engineering/Technology from a recognized board with minimum 50% marks and must have studied Mathematics as a compulsory subject can also apply for this course.
(45% marks for Backward class categories and Persons with Disability of Maharashtra state)
*Admission is through counselling conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra based on marks obtained in 10+2/ Diploma and score obtained in National Aptitude Test in Architecture(NATA).
Selection parameter and weightage:
10+2/ Diploma marks - 50%
NATA score - 50% or 80/100

ECE is core & the oldest branch of Engineering. ECE plays crucial roles in every new invention in technology. ECE engineers are like Potatoes, you can use it with every vegetable. Now choosing jobs is totally depends upon your interests. Everyone first year of Engineering is very important. You should try to start build your interests at that time. (1) CODING JOB/ IT FIELD :-
If you are good in coding and knows languages like HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, Java, C+ or PYTHON. Don't try to learn these languages at once. Start with Java or Python, if you want to be software developer or game developer. Learn HTML, CSS, and JAVASCRIPT for jobs in Web developer and Digital Marketing Field.
(2) Core Electronics Job:
This one is a little difficult. Companies don't want to hire fresher candidates with no knowledge of core jobs. If you want to go for core job then start with learning the basic concepts of electronics. After that go for training in Embedded Systems, PCB Designing, MATLAB, VLSI, or Automation (Robotics). Choose any one wisely. I will suggest you go for VLSI or Robotics. (3) NON
Technical Job:
There is a big chance that you will be in non-technical profile if you go for campus placement. Most of the companies need a fresher candidate with good communication skills for non-technical profiles like Research Analyst, Business Development Associate, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO & KPO). You can not make good career in this field. Yes, your initial salary would be high (around 30k) in metro cities. So choose wisely.
(4) Government Sector Jobs:
This is also one of the good option after your Engineering. There are many organizations like ISRO, DRDO, NTPC and many more. GATE exams are conducted every year for recruitment in Government Organizations. You will serve in your core field after qualifying GATE. I will suggest you to prepare for GATE along with your studies. Don't waste your time by sitting at home after Engineering. Well, ECE engineers can also go for exams like SSC UPSC and Banking.

M.Sc. Biotechnology Eligibility:
As a minimum criterion of eligibility, aspiring candidates are needed to have attained a Bachelors degree in any of Physics, Biological Sciences, B.A. M. S. BHMS BPT and any other related discipline, with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. Indian nationals can apply under the General Category, while foreign nationals or Non- Resident Indians or Indian nationals supported by NRI relatives can apply under the Foreign/ NRI Category.
Admission Process:
Admission to the course is based on the candidates performance in the Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. (JAM) conducted across 52 centers in the country, usually in the month of May.
