To qualify JAM you need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria :
(i) At least 55% aggregate marks for General/OBC category candidates and at least 50% aggregate marks for SC, ST and PD category candidates in the qualifying degree.
(ii) Proof of having passed the qualifying degree with the minimum educational qualification as specified by the admitting institute should be submitted.
(iii) At the time of admission, all admitted candidates will have to submit a physical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner in the prescribed form. In case a candidate is not found physically fit to pursue his/her chosen course of study, his/her admission is liable to be cancelled.

The candidates, who desire to seek admission in Masters of Computer Application (MCA) program, have to follow the eligibility criteria enlisted below-
1. The candidate should possess Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized University with Mathematics as a compulsory subject of study at graduation level.
2. The candidates appearing in the Bachelor's degree final examination are also eligible to apply.
3. The applicant should have the nationality of India.
4. There is no specified age limit prescribed by the Board for appearing in the entrance examination.
