PGDM is offered by AICTE approved institutes, whereas MBA degree is offered by universities.
The course curriculum of both these course is almost similar.
While pursuing these course your emphasis should be more on getting admission in good universities or institutes.

hi Sanjay there are many options you can do an executive program that would get you MBA in 1 year and there are many options like IGNOU, KSOU, Symbiosis etc. that would help you getting a certificate of MBA

** One must complete the Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) or its equivalent with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and at least 50% marks in English either in Class X or Class XII.
** The candidate has to meet detailed physical fitness and medical standards to qualify for admission.

GRE is a test which need to be taken by students who wish to pursue masters degree in science and engineering fields from universities abroad.
GRE scores are accepted by universities in:
- US.
- Canada.
- Germany, and many more countries.
GMAT is a test which need to be taken by students who wish to pursue MBA from universities abroad.
As the medium of education in most of the foreign universities is english, so all the international students whose first or native language is not english have to take either TOEFL or IELST test to prove their english language proficiency.
