1) Candidates need to pass graduation from any recognized university.
2) Final year students are also eligible for the exam.

Hi,
As per your query it seems that you have 15 years of education i.e (10+2+3) and wish to pursue masters degree from universities in Canada.
So regarding this please remember since Canada requires 16 years of education i.e (10+2+4) in that case you may consider pursing M.com from India so that you are eligible for pursuing masters degree form Canada.
The other option for you would be to pursue masters degree from universities in UK as it accepts 15 years education for admission in masters program.
In order to pursue masters degree from universities in UK, you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take IELTS or TOEFL test to prove your english language proficiency.
