Hi Kartikey,
Well according to me, you must first do mcse and then you can join ccna .ccna is recognised all over the wolrd .but jchnp will be recognised in india only .so its better you go for ccna.but before going to ccna you must do mcse course

Which course do you want to persue?
Yes scolarships are there for students on merit basis, but they are decided by the universities and colleges. So you better contact the universities/collegees.
