Well according to me, you must first do mcse and then you can join ccna .ccna is recognised all over the wolrd .but jchnp will be recognised in india only .so its better you go for ccna.but before going to ccna you must do mcse course

Its good to see you are preparing for your job. Since you are appointed as a tainee there wont be any need of courses as they will be providing it for free in the name to training. :). you just make youself confident and presentable. Rest all will be fine.
