Dear Akhil, you can join Indian Army /AirForce /Navy In technical cadre or AS Flying officer in IAF.
As Engineering Graduate you should take CDS exam, that is Combined Defense Services Exam conducted by UPSC on all India basis for recruitment of personnel in Army/Navy and Air force.
You can Also join SSC , Short Service Commission in Army or Permanent.
SSC is initially for 5 years which then be extended upto 15 years if you wish.
You should regularly read Employment News Publication which provide time to time details and notification of recruitments in Army/navy/Air force and Govt sector Jobs like IES, IAS
Good Luck !

Hyndavi,
Ask yourself this question first. What do you want to be after 10 years. Go for the life you want, instead of the course which has boom now. you never know what will be good after 3-4 yrs. Its is always advicable to go for what you like and what you can. That will get you to heights. Not the course which you dont like and have high boom.
Think well and take a good decision
All the best :)
