Please remember the national language of Germany is German, however there are many universities in Germany which do offers various undergraduate and graduate programs to international students in english.
So all the international students whose first or native language is not english have to take IELTS test to prove their english language proficiency to study these programs in Germany.
Please remember without a valid IELTS scores it would not be possible for you to get admission in these universities in Germany, and subsequently getting a VISA would also be difficult.
IELTS has 4 section namely:
- Reading
- Writing
- Speaking
- Listening
IELTS scores are valid for 2 years.
Regarding preparation of this test, I would suggest you to join some good coaching institute in your city which offers quality coaching for IELTS.
These institute offers regular and weekend classes, plus they conduct mock test on regular basis.

Both the countries you mentioned are among the finest study destination to pursue MBA.
Please remember the duration of MBA program in UK is one years as compared to two years in Canada.
There are good job opportunities in Canada as compared to UK, but getting a VISA for UK is bit easy as compared to Canada.
So based on the above mentioned parameters you may decide whether to pursue MBA from UK or Canada.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK and Canada , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.
Average fees at UK universities is around 15,000 pounds per-year, and average living expenses are about 10,000 pounds per year, average fees at Canadian universities is around CA$ 20,000 per year,and average living expenses are about CA$ 10,000 per year, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.
