Technical University of Munich, Technical University of Berlin, RWTH Aachen University and Esslingen University of Applied Sciences are well known for its automotive engineering programs though all universities in Germany are world class and competitive. Standardized exams are not required as such, but you can consider taking the GATE or GRE if your academics are not too high. IELTS or TOEFL must be taken, check if the programs are taught in German, if yes you must have German language knowledge. Most of the programs are taught in English nowadays.

You should select the subject, in which you got the highest marks to major in. Then, look for a college under an affiliated university, which accepts students in the subject of your selection with your acquired marks.
