It is not mandatory that a PGDM is equal to MBA. PGDM institutes accreditation by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) makes an institute's PGDM course equivalent to an MBA. Hello,
You can go to IITs only after completing 10+2 and IITs don't offer a course in information technology but they offer computer science engineering. IT is just one aspect of application of computers. As such applications are adequately studied in CSE and EE programs they don't offer a separate course. You may opt for CSE from top IITs. To do so, you need to have PCM for sure as you need to secure a good rank in JEE main and advanced exams. Then you can take computer science with PCM.

What business you want to start, first think about that. No need to think anything else.
Then start working in such a business right from a very basic level, may be peon, may be assistant, may be a sales fresher and then work in different department. Understand how each function works and what challenges they have.
You know why earlier business used to be successful? Those who are in business used to spend enough time in all functions and understand them well. You should spend at least 5 years working and then analyse how you can start it and give your best.

Hello Pradeep! There is no specific UG degree required to pursue MBA, thus you can do after your B Com. However, see to it that the degree is a recognized one and you've scored at least 50% marks overall as it is the basic criteria of the various entrance exams like CAT, CMAT, NMAT, etc.

Hello Kiran,
Top private b-schools shortlist their candidates with valid CAT exam mark, GD&PI performance. Some B-schools like Symbiosis, IBS, XLRI, etc. have their own entrance examination like SNAP, XAT and IBSAT. So, prepare CAT well and get into top B-school.
