First of all there is difference between a worker and professional.
By your profile you are a professional and not a worker. If you want to be a skilled worker please join ITI or a vocational course.
Now coming to e-MBA an executive MBA opted in a part time only is good. There is no MBA offered in CRM as CRM is just a part of syllabus. Now you have not clarified whether you are using CRM application, want to be a developer or the person maintaining same or something like that or you are in operational role.
In any case, you may opt MBA in marketing in part time mode from a good institute in your area which will definitely add value.

Hi Amit,
There would be no problem at the interview stage regarding your education though SOL-DU. A lot of aspirants with correspondence background have cracked the examination in the past. At the interview stage, they are more concerned with your suitability and aptitude for services.
