In B.Tech, you have to study all the engineering subjects, But if you opt for B.Tech Hons. Then you have to study only one of the engineering subjects in more depth. So, in B.Tech you have to study all the subjects given by colleges. But in B.Tech Hons. You have to study only one subjects which you like the most and you get specialisation only in one subjects. So, according to my opinion, B.Tech Hons. Is the best option, In nowadays there is a very great demand for Hons. Degree. There is no criteria to get admission in CA after MBA in any field you can just take admission in CA on your graduation basis or if you are looking to get admission directly into Inter you should have minimum 55% marks in Bachelor.

Normally speaking, one needs diploma in the particular branch to be eligible for admission in engineering in that particular branch. However, many states and Institutions including IIT's accept diploma as equivalent to 12th and hence you can take admission to any branch of your choice in first year, after following due process.
