As you are not from a programming background, I recommend you automation software testing. In this course, there is not much of coding required as compared to developer field. You have to test the software, that's its.

There is no college which can give you admission in part-time.
These type of courses are professional courses. You can't get admission via part-time or distance mode. You have to study hard for M.Tech. 70% attendance is mandatory to appear in the exam.

No, since you are in 11th right now, you cannot apply for clat. you will have tp pass 12th after which you would become eligible to sit in the exam.
