Hi, KMAT eligibility criteria is based on UGC guidelines:
Candidates need to have Bachelors degree / Masters degree from any recognised education body in Commerce, Management, Arts, Social Sciences, Engineering / Technology or equivalent
Atleast 50% aggregate marks; 40% for SC/ST candidate
Candidates will then be shortlisted on the basis on their performance in KMAT. The scorecards of the candidates will be sent to the colleges

You can apply for B.Tech LEET admission. They will take admission of lateral entry either through Haryana counseling or something else.

You need to talk to the officials but if you have attended even a single class then probably they are not going to refund the fees.

HIT-K is one of the autonomous college in West Bengal. It has been ranked recently, as top most private college in west Bengal. For lateral entry, college takes admission through JELET based by WBJEE board.
