Hi, KMAT eligibility criteria is based on UGC guidelines:
Candidates need to have Bachelors degree / Masters degree from any recognised education body in Commerce, Management, Arts, Social Sciences, Engineering / Technology or equivalent
Atleast 50% aggregate marks; 40% for SC/ST candidate
Candidates will then be shortlisted on the basis on their performance in KMAT. The scorecards of the candidates will be sent to the colleges
The selected candidates who have qualified in KMAT need to report to their respective college to secure admissions. https://www.shiksha.com/mba/exams/kmat.

HIT-K is one of the autonomous college in West Bengal. It has been ranked recently, as top most private college in west Bengal. For lateral entry, college takes admission through JELET based by WBJEE board. For branches like CSE IT, you need to get rank within 2000, and for other branches like mechanical and Civil, you need to get rank within 4k. There are 36 seat break up in Heritage Institute of Technology for lateral entry. Moreover, it depends on JELET counselling. Go through the counselling with great hopes.
