Without Maths in class XII, M.C.A is not possible. However, I can suggest you-
1. Pick Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications which will make you eligible for 2nd year M.C.A through lateral entry and simultaneously pursue DOEACC A Level.
2. You can go for Distance M.C.A with I.G.N.O.U as it allows you to clear Maths exam and then proceed with the master program.

I don't know your situation as well as the commitment you were given. But one thing I can suggest you to wait and see. You may discuss this with your immediate boss in the form of casual talk -- never in the form of question. As you are newly recruited you can first discuss this with your nearer colleagues. But I don't think you are in a position to ask your manager directly if there exists any intermediate hierarchy. Think and apply your intelligence accordingly. Best wishes.
