You can find many online materials for MATLAB.
All prominent universities who offer MS in Mechanical do encompass a course in MATLAB.

Most of the private institutes are the ones to offer courses in Animation and the degree courses provided by these institutes are affiliated to the Universities like MAAC offers a bachelor degree course of three years in Animation and the degree is awarded by IGNOU.
