Hi Ankit,
First of all I would like to congratulate you on your high MAT score. Secondly, I would say you need not worry as there is a MAT counseling session which will happen for all the eligible students. At that session you can either choose the new Institute or can apply to those Institutes which you filled at the time of filling up the MAT registration
Hope this resolve your query. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.

Dear Ankit.
As per my friend who is studying there, IILM is a partner institute under IGNOUs convergence scheme. At IILM the student also does an MBA in parallel and if successful is eligible to enroll for PhD.
Hope this answers your query.
