Hi Priya,
The main objective behind conducting the UGC NET exam is to determine the eligibility for lectureship for Indian nationals in order to ensure minimum standards for the entrants in the teaching profession. The tests are conducted twice in a year generally in the months of June and December and the notification for which is notified earlier to the scheduled dates for the exam.
As for the coaching is concerned, there are few institutes which can offer coaching in these regards and to know about the same, you may refer to the following link:

Yes there is a MS in mechanical engineering program available at this university. In order to be eligible for this program, you would need atleast 75% and above in your undergraduate degree, take the GRE test as well as TOEFL.

Event management basically refer to planning, organising and executing an event at a large scale. There are many coaching institutes in India offering coaching for the UPSC exams. These institutes often offer correspondence courses where it offers the study materials for the self study. To write and qualify the Civil Services one requires to be a graduate degree holder from a recognized University in any discipline including Law.

I can only suggest you colleges if you let me know your academic credentials i.e. your YGPA till date. What is your expected CGPA?
