Hi Ajai,
You can try for MS in Computing from NUS , the entry requirement for the program is you should have a recognized bachelors degree in the field of computer science. All candidates (except for NUS / NTU / SMU graduates) are required to take GRE (General). Candidates with a general bachelor degree are also required to submit GRE Computer Science test score. There are bright opportunities awaiting for you in the field of IT, however Informatics Practice has less to do with the software coding or the development but more is seen as the basic study of computers like DBMS, RDBMS, GUI, SQL etc.
Yet you may opt for certificate courses in hardware / Networking/ Database etc as the better options and there are many institutes which are offering courses in these fields. Refer to the following links:

You can either pursue a MBA degree in general management or a Masters in Pharmacy degree. You can even apply for a masters in clinical research.
If you are looking to pursue MBA, you should take the GMAT and TOEFL. If you are looking to pursue a masters degree in pharmacy or clinical research, you will have to take the GRE and TOEFL.

For Diploma Apka budget limited hai, is liye, main advice karunga ke aap koi certification course karlen in 2D, 3D, aur Post Production mein. Jo apka current budget hai, isme ye certification course hojaega aur placement bhi mil jaega.
Second option ha ke aap Web Design/ Graphic Design mein certification course kar lein. Is field ka kaafi demand hai aaj kal.
