Several IIMs offer courses that do not require the CAT score for admission. Here are some of the prominent ones:

IIM Ahmedabad

Fellow Program in Management (FPM): This is a doctoral programme for those who wish to study management further and carry out independent research as students. Admission is determined by qualifications, work experience, and some other criteria.
IIM Bangalore

Fellow Program in Management (FPM): Similar to that of the IIM Ahmedabad program, this is mainly for research in management disciplines but does not require a CAT score as eligibility.
Executive Education Programs: These include all short-term, part-time, and executive programs specially molded for the working class without CAT.

IIM Calcutta 

Executive MBA (EMBA): This working professional programme does not require CAT scores. It considers professional experience and academic qualifications.
Fellow Program in Management (FPM): A research-based programme where CAT scores are not required. 
IIM Lucknow 

Executive PGDM: This programme is particularly designed for working professionals. CAT scores are not applicable for this course. Selection is based on work experience, academic performance, and personal interview. 
IIM Indore 

Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP): No CAT score is required for admission and is exclusively for the professionals who have considerable professional work experience. IIM Kozhikode 

Executive MBA: CAT score is not required for this degree since it is given for working professionals based on academic qualifications, work experience, and others. 
IIM Shillong 

Fellow Program in Management (FPM): Research programme where CAT isn't part of the eligibility requirements. 
IIM Rohtak 

Executive MBA: CAT scores are not there in this Executive MBA meant for professionals with prior work experience.

Yes, students who have graduated with a BTech degree from COER University can seek out job opportunities in the public sector. Pursuing a BTech degree helps students cultivate various skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and more. BTech graduates can seek job opportunities at reputed government companies such as Indian Railways, ONGC, BHEL, ISRO, and others.

The Samarpan School of Law at Gandhinagar offers its admissions only in the merits of the different courses conducted in the university based on the performance of the students in their relevant qualifying examinations. The college offers two full-time law programs: There are 120 seats in a 3-year LLB course and a 5-year integrated BA LLB course. However, I did not manage to locate the exact fees that go with these courses. Yes, IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade) admits students through XAT and GMAT scores other than the CAT scores for their MBA (International Business) program. Here are the respective :-

XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test):

The candidate using XAT can apply at IIFT for the MBA (IB). XAT is one of the tests recognised along with CAT, and candidates can use it to apply for admission to the institution.

GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) :-

However, IIFT also accepts GMAT score, especially for foreign nationals and NRIs (Non-Resident Indians). As an NRI or a foreign candidate, you are allowed to apply with a valid GMAT score.

Indian residents, however, primarily take CAT and XAT as their target exams. The GMAT would be specifically referred to in a category meant for foreign candidates.
