I may differ to the information offered by Aru regarding the Date of Availability, the notification is not available hence the form availability in the 4th week of October is less of possibility, also going by the last year details, the forms would be available some where by the end of Nov- first week of december and the last date to apply (online) would be by the end of December and for offline applications the same will last by the 1st week of January.

Frankly speaking it would purely depend on the kind of educational and professional background you have. In case, you are a working professional who has good amount of work experience and you are just looking for a designation jump with your current employer then this PGP course is definitely going to give a boost to your career.
