If there's an entrance exam then it depends on your effort but if there is direct admission then it will be hard for you to join a good college.

You should consult admission authorities of your institute whether you can opt for a lateral transfer to another college for your degree. However, changing the mode of the degree from regular, which I presume you are pursuing now, to distance is a long shot, and may not be permitted. In any case, ask the admission authorities and inform them of your predicament. Under special circumstances where you are unable to attend regular classes, the institute might allow you to switch to distance mode for your degree. Good Luck!!

Hi Minute Ticks,
Yes, majority of the MBA programmes abroad including Germany requires 2-3 years work experience. They may accept you only if you are an exceptional student but there is no guarantee.

Hi Prasad,

Yes, you can take admission to a BTech in Aeronautical Engineering after completing a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering through the lateral entry scheme directly into second year (3rd semester). There are some colleges which may offer lateral admission. For that, please chck college website for detailed requirements.

Also, even if there is no lateral admission offered, you can still apply for BTech Aeronautical Engineering and start the UG course from Semester 1 since you have a PCM background in Class 12 (mandatory for Engineering courses).

Hope this helped in solving your doubt! All the best!

MAT consists of only 200 questions only and 1 mark for each correct question. It has 5 different sections with 40 questions each for 150 min.
So, I guess it will be not for 600 marks.

You can join IIMs directly after completion of your BE, but you must have good CAT score. There is also another way to get admission if your company sponsor you to go for MBA and IIM selects you as their candidate.

Hi Gokula,
The California State University has many campuses, around 23. The ranking and outcome actually depends from campus to campus. While all the campus are good you can check any ranking website for which campus is leading the table like check US News Ranking.

Hi Rohit,
It is not mandatory to have work experience for joining IIM Bangalore. However, understand that while selection, a certain weight is assigned for work experience and you will get 0 in that category. Having said that, it is not entirely impossible. I am currently a first year student at IIMB and I joined straight out of B-Tech without any work experience.
Just have faith in yourself. All the best.
