I think, to pursue MBA in India is the best option, because we have lot of best B-schools, which gives us enough scope for growth and strengthen our position. Below mentioned are the top 10 institutions in our country:
1. FMS Delhi.
2. IIM A.
3. IIM B.
4. IIM C.
5. IIM L.
6. IIM K.
7. JBIMS.
8. SPJIMR.
9. MDI - Gurgaon.
10. XLRI. To get admission in the above mentioned colleges, you have to go through a series of exams like CAT XAT IIFT CMAT NMAT or SNAP and also an excellent percentile, then you will receive calls for the second process, I. e. What/ GD/ PI and if you are able to impress them, then you are in. Best of luck.

As you have already done M.Sc. IT, why are you interested in doing M.Tech. If you want to study further then do Ph.D. in IT or go for MBA or certifications.

You need to check with the college alumni about this information. Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, has been rated as 3.9 / 5 whereas Indira Institute of Management, Pune is rated as 4.3 so I guess IIM, Pune is better in terms of placements.
