The Yerevan State Medical University is recognized by the Medical Council of India, Act of 1956 (Gazette of India, Part II, S.1, Extra, S. No. 83, dt.31.12.1956). No , unless you clear TOEFL you are unable to get admission in KIT because admission procedure of KIT is done only on the basis of your score in TOEFL and as German Institutes are renowned for their reputation index they do not allow any Non-TOEFL student to take admission . After completing B.com you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.com etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.
- Finally, if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses of your further studies.
I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.

1. PGDM/PGDBM is awarded by autonomous institutes offering management programmes. Autonomous institutes cannot offer MBA so they provide two-year full time PGDM programme equivalent to MBA.
Curriculum of PGDM is flexible since an autonomous institute does not have to follow university standards, it is free to change its curriculum according to industry standards and changes in business environment.

There are no best or worst MCA colleges as thousands of colleges offer this course in India and there is no rating done as in majority cases, MCA is one of the program offered by any university/college or institution. Since, you asked about SMU, although it is a reputed distance mode university, I strongly feel that a course like MCA can not be successfully learnt through distance mode. Because, you will neither grasp the software & hardware aspects nor you will get placement. At the end of MCA, you are supposed to be a programmer & developer and to gain that objective, you should take admission as a regular candidate in an institute which offers a strong curriculum. For example, all engineering colleges offering this course provide good curriculum. University departments also provide a good curriculum.
